Moringa Juice for PCOS – A Miracle Drink

If you suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), you must be struggling with your insulin levels as it hinders and makes your body insulin resistant. So, what worked for me might work for you too! It’s this leaf extract known as Moringa Oleifera. In today’s post, I will share with you the recipe for Moringa juice and how it helped me with PCOS.

I read about the benefits of Moringa and started searching for ways to consume it and finally, I found out that through its leaves, Moringa Powder can be made which can be used in making juice. Initially, I was skeptical about the results but as time passed, I started noticing that I was not only losing weight but I felt good about myself too. Also, there was clarity in my mind and I had become more proactive. All of this was also because of how I had adapted new lifestyle changes (mentioned in my previous post). Let’s see the benefits of taking Moringa Juice:

  • Stimulates metabolism
  • Increases energy level
  • Boosts immunity
  • Detoxes the body
  • Helps relieve inflammation
  • Improves liver function

I did feel a boost in my immunity and in my energy level which is probably why I was able to workout and find the will power to treat PCOS. Now let me share with you how I made Moringa Juice:

Moringa Juice Recipe:

  1. Take 1/2 tsp of Moringa powder and add only a little lukewarm water to it so that you can soak and mix the powder well in a glass.
  2. Mix it well in the water
  3. Add a drop or two of lemon juice
  4. Add more water to it and mix well

You can add honey if you don’t like the bitter taste of Moringa (please avoid if you have diabetes). But, to be honest, the taste isn’t that bad.

You can add Moringa Juice to your morning breakfast or after workouts. Personally, I like having it after my workouts. Also, I felt that as my PCOS symptoms were being treated, my skin started glowing two weeks after I started drinking it.
